The Wyoming MHSIP Survey is an online survey that asks questions about what forms of mental health services you utilized, your experience with these services, and possible areas of improvement. By completing this survey, you will help us understand your needs and limitations of resources available in your community.
How will the information be used?
Your answers will be used by the Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division to help develop strategies to improve outcomes for those experiencing mental health and substance use issues, along with identifying community needs to help improve service delivery. Results will be used for research presentations and publications.
How will my information be protected?
Answers provided are strictly confidential and any personal identifying information will not be shared.
Who is conducting this survey?
The Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division, and their consultants at Market Decisions Research are conducting this survey. They are dedicated to ensuring all Wyomingites have accessible and effective mental health care resources to live safe and healthy lives.
Who is Market Decisions Research and why are they involved?
Market Decisions Research, also known as MDR, is an independent public health research company located in Portland, Maine. They are helping the Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division, administer this survey.

This survey is made available through funding, in part, provided by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) through the combined Community Mental Health Block Grant and the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grants.
